Never received

I ordered extra paint on 11/27/24. I emailed on 12/6/24 for an update because the shipping showed that the paint had not shipped out yet. I emailed again on 12/10/24 after no response. I had to email again on 12/11/24 because I still have not received a response about my order. I don’t know what to do now. Dispute the charge with my CC company or wait for this business to email me with details on my order. I’m very disappointed with the lack of service. I’ve given them plenty of time to respond to my emails.

They’re good.

Canvas needs to be shipped flat; very hard to get all the folds and wrinkles out to stretch to paint properly. Took to Michaels to have stretched, very difficult. Please consider shipping flat.
