About Us
My name is Chery Yang. I founded Paints for Saints in 2020 when the world was shutting down. I had an itch to paint something but knew I that with my skill (or lack thereof), it would not be very satisfying. So, I started looking at paint by number kits! At the time, all I could find were random pictures of landscapes/animals - which were great - and I wanted to paint something more personal to me, something that I care about: I wanted to paint the temple!
After much research and development, I launched Paints for Saints with five initial designs. The response was better than I could imagine. I started developing more and more designs. Today, I am proud to say that we have over 80 designs available, and we are continuously working on developing more!
My husband Andrew helps me with the business and has helped me take Paints for Saints to another level. We have learned a lot in the past 2 years and are still learning about developing a small business. Thank you for all your support, patience and kindness. We believe that art has the power to bring us together and create a sense of connection, and we’re excited to share that feeling with you through our kits.
